This is a commercially mass produced diecast scale model of a W6 Melbourne tram, No. 975. It is painted in the livery of the “Met”, a former operator of the Melbourne tram network. The model is 00 gauge, 4mm to the foot, 1:76.2, made by Cooee Classics.

The original tram entered service in Melbourne on 24 March 1952.
