An Easter Possum

Several brush-tailed possums live in the tram depot.

This one emerged on Easter Sunday, and climbed up onto the overhead wires. The local magpies were not impressed and made sure the possum knew by squawking and swooping it. It was also raining and the possum soon climbed down and returned to the safety of the tram shed.

Sadly, unlike the Easter Bunny, our Easter Possum did not leave any Easter eggs.
